We are unable to give refunds for bookings that have commenced already. See our terms and conditions. We will, however, offer you a credit if your hire is shortened due to a new COVID-19 level restriction. This credit (the value of any unused days) you can use towards a future booking.
This means you can explore what you didn’t get to see without having to pay in full next time. (Normal minimum hire applies)
